What is Hypnosis?
Founded and used for medical purposes since the 19th century, the induction of Hypnosis enables you to highly focus on one particular idea in order to stimulate an action that causes positive changes: Your Goal!
The Conscious mind is the one you are using right now, using the state of awareness, your logic, the 5 senses and your capability of making choices.
The subconscious mind is your character, who you are! Anything that is in your subconscious mind makes you do things without thinking about it. It stores your beliefs, your self-esteem, self-thoughts, self-acceptance (good and bad), it controls the nervous system.
The induction of Hypnosis allows the conscious mind to relax, we can then access the subconscious mind and create changes. Both by the use of regression and positive suggestion. Positive suggestion paves the way for the healing progress to begin. It allows for the re-programming of limited beliefs you may have about yourself. The clearing of a negative mind breaks down the barriers that hold you back from achieving goals, overcoming fears and doing things you once thought were impossible.
My goal is to guide you through changing your negative self-limiting beliefs into positive beliefs. As long as you have the desire to achieve a goal, whatever it may be, we will work together to help you accept a positive belief, which will create positive behaviors and therefore a result.
What does it feel like?
You already know what hypnosis feels like, because you have experienced natural hypnotic states every day of your life, when daydreaming or driving or watching TV. These are those pleasant, dreamlike states where we “drift off”. The Safe, Intentional Hypnosis we use during your sessions is entering these same, natural states deliberately and with awareness. It is a systematic method that allows you to enter these “dreamlike states” and communicate directly with your subconscious and issue new suggestions or instructions. These suggestions are tailor-made for your individual needs, and will be made for you by me. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience!
Will I be asleep?
No. You are awake and alert, aware of everything that is happening throughout the session.
Will I be under the hypnotist’s power?
No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. It is your experience..
What if I can’t be hypnotised?
You can. Everyone can. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. It’s an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.
Is it safe?
Absolutely. The routines we use are the safest in the World. You enter hypnosis via a deep relaxation technique and your exit is safe, controlled and relaxed at all times.
